Well it’s official. I sprained my ankle. My husband ended up taking me to the ER after dinner, because my doctor’s office was closed. It’s not a severe sprain, but they said I will have to take it easy for the next week or two. Ice and ibuprofen, and no running for awhile 😔. And I get to wear this fancy splint…
